Subject Warrant (ESOP #3/3) Exercised Report

To President The Stock Exchange of Thailand

Whereas Rayong Purifier Public Co., Ltd. or "RPC" has issued and offered 8,490,000 units of RPC's Warrants to Directors, Advisors, Management Executives and Employees; the 2006 Annual General Shareholders Meeting, 31 March 2006, changed the Warrant Exercising Ratio from 1 Ordinary Share per Warrant to 1.25 Ordinary Shares per Warrant and the 2007 Annual General Shareholders Meeting, 5 April 2007, approved to transfer the unexercised Warrant as of30 November 2006 of 194,226 units which were transferred to Securities Re-purchaser as well as the 347,821 units which, as of 5 April 2007, was known that the Warrant Holders would not be able to exercise their Warrants on 30 November 2007, totally 569,047 units to Directors, Advisors, Management Executives and employees and Securities Re-purchaser in due course.The Company would like to report the determinations of Warrants No. 3/3 of 2,889,092 units,inclusive of the above mentioned 569,047 units, exercised on 30 November 2007 as follows:
