The Board of Directors' Meeting No.7/2007 of Rayong Purifier Public Company Limited (RPC) held on August 9th, 2007 at 16.00 p.m. at the Company Head Office,19 SCB Park Plaza East (Bldg. III) 14 Floor, Ratchadapisek Road, Chatujak,Bangkok, has approved the Interim Dividend Payment from 6 months operations in 2007 at Baht 0.12 per share.

The Share Registration Books will be closed for Share Transfer at 12:00 Hrs. on August 24th, 2007 and the Dividend Payment Date is September 4th, 2007.
