As Rayong Purifier Public Co., Ltd. or RPC issued and offered 8,490,000 units of RPC' s warrants to directors, advisors, management and employees. The 2006 Ordinary Shareholder Meeting on March 31, 2006 has the resolution to adjust the exercise ratio form 1warrant :1ordinary share into1warrant :1.25ordinary shares.

The Company had determined the 2/3 exercise, 2,829,987 units, on November 30, 2006 and please to inform the resolution as follows:
