The Board of Directors' Meeting No.3/2006 of Rayong Purifier Public Company
Limited (RPC) held on August 9th, 2006 at 01.00p.m. at the Meeting Room of the
Company, located at 19 SCB Park Plaza East (Bldg.III) 14floor, Ratchadapisek
Road, Chatujak, Bangkok, has resoled interim dividend payment for 6 months
operation of  2006 at Baht 0.25 per share.

The share register book will be close from August 24th, 2006 at noon to
determine the right of the shareholders to receive the dividend and fix the
date for the payment of the dividend on September 1st, 2006.
