                     Co., Ltd. (RPC's Subsidiary)

        Rayong Purifier Public Company Limited (RPC) would like to inform that
        Yothin Petroleum Company Limited (YTC), RPC's subsidiary with 99.99%
        holding and engaged in retail business through PURE Gas Stations, will
        change the Company Name and Seal. The name will be changed from
        Yothin Petroleum Company Limited to PURE THAI ENERGY COMPANY
        LIMITED and the seal will be changed to the new one (please see more
        detail at www.rpcthai.com).
       
        This change will be effective from April 1st, 2006 onwards.
