    We would like to revised the number of the exercised warrant as follow:
    
    According to Rayong Purifier Public Co., Ltd. or RPC issued and offered
    8,490,000 units of RPC  s warrants to directors, advisor, management
    and employee, exercise ratio one warrant per one ordinary share, 1.00
    Baht pare value, on August 31, 2005.
    
    The Company had determined the 1/3 exercise, 2,830,108 units, on
    November 30, 2005 and please to inform the resolution as follows:
