RPC received fully payment for SGPC shares

To President The Stock Exchange of Thailand With reference to the Boards resolution of Rayong Purifier Public Company or RPC, made on May 13, 2004, to sell all 1,400,000 shares of Siam Gulf Petrochemical Co., Ltd.(SGPC) to business alliances at 90 million Baht as per our Notification to SET number RPC/HO-SET/ELCID-0013/04 dated May 14, 2004 We would like to inform that we have received full payment from the buyers of which the final payment of 63 million Baht was received on August 8, 2005. The buyers requested a postponement of 60 days from June 10, 2005 and the interest for the delayed payment has already been fully paid as stipulated in the contract. . Please be so informed.
